Is Max White suitable for me?
Provided you are over 18 years old and in good general health then Colgate MaxWhite Professional should be suitable for you. It is not recommended for pregnant women or those who are breastfeeding.

Are there any side effects?
The main side-effect of tooth whitening is increased tooth and gum sensitivity. This is quite common and happens with most whitening treatments. It usually improves when treatment is complete.
If your gums become sore then take care you are not overfilling your tray when using it. Sensitive toothpastes can often help to relive any pain in the teeth.
